They are your landlords and they have to evict you.

I'm in NC willmigton

If they are both on the lease, they have to agree to evict you. Even though you aren't on the lease you are a resident with all the rights of a tenant.

You are a resident and both your BF and the roommate are your landlords, they both must agree to evict you not just one of them.
