I was told by the courts to stay away from her and not to have any contact with her..third party nothing if so i will go to jail. Can I file any kind of charges on her for the information she is posting...wouldnt this be harrasment or intimidation. It seems like she can cry to the courts and get me arrested and she can continue to do as she please to me without anything happening to her.
She's not telling the entire story, she's only telling oneside and not the side when she was texting and emailing me.
Just so I understand this - the Court told you to say away from here, have no contact with her. You posted information on line which so personal that she was able to determine that it was your post.
I don't see harassment or intimidation - I do see she MIGHT be attempting to get you to react so she can file charges against you.
Why did you post so much detail on line? I don't understand how, out of the thousand people who post, she was able to recognize you.
If you said anything about her you could be in violation of the "do not contact, stay away" order. You may have created your own problem.
