I posted a question on the other website and I don't use my real name and the so call victim who had me arrested for harassing phone calls some how found my post and made several comments on it by giving my full name and telling them to Google me and telling them my sentence was for me pleading gulity to obstruction of justice. I was told by the courts to stay away from her and not to have any contact with her.. third party nothing if so I will go to jail. Can I file any kind of charges on her for the information she is posting... wouldnt this be harassment or intimidation. It seems like she can cry to the courts and get me arrested and she can continue to do as she please to me without anything happening to her.

She's not telling the entire story, she's only telling oneside and not the side when she was texting and emailing me.

Just so I understand this - the Court told you to say away from here, have no contact with her. You posted information on line which so personal that she was able to determine that it was your post.

I don't see harassment or intimidation - I do see she MIGHT be attempting to get you to react so she can file charges against you.

Why did you post so much detail on line? I don't understand how, out of the thousand people who post, she was able to recognize you.

If you said anything about her you could be in violation of the "do not contact, stay away" order. You may have created your own problem.

I did not post any personal information. I asked if a false report was filed on me can I have her arrested or sue her. She knows my user ID name because of past post I made and so I'm guessing she's actually been keeping tabs of me.

I'm posting under a different name so she can't find this post. So I'm thinking she searched all post by my user name. One of the people who oversees this website thought It was me posting pretending to be someone else on a post she commented on a little over a year ago, until the guy checked the IP address and say it was two diiferent people. I said the same thing she's trying to provoke me to say something to her so she can get me arrested again and hope that charge sticks.
