    Is child support money(9.000 dollar a month )from a forein contrytaxabel ?
    My child support money coming from a foreign country.and send to my bank account here in us.its ab.9.900.dollar.is it taxable?do I have any obligations as tax authorities concern?
    I don't have any income in us... do not fill any tax return.
    (can they sen 11.000 dollar?to bank acc. Here? Is it legal ?every month that is.

    No, child support is not taxable, no matter what it's source.

    Is the money you are quoting strictly child support or is there something added for you as support also ?
