First of all, you don't need to start two separate threads regarding one issue - especially only nine minutes apart.

Secondly, it is next to impossible for any of us to determine whether there is a warrant for someone via the Internet. Some cities place their active warrants online while others do not.

I assume you are in New York state, but that's a guess.

Are you the mother of the child that he owes back support for? Have you filed with the court to have him found in contempt?

Does he not work or pay taxes? I'm surprised that at $19,000 they haven't intercepted his tax refund.

    Hi, jopoint7!

Just concerning the possible warrant issue, Buffalo where, please?

The information may or may not be available online.

There are quite a few towns and cities that are named "Buffalo".

To search for warrants they need more info. Something that your not going to provide here. You shouldn't post full names of anyone on the internet to public sites.

Who said we were "afraid" of anyone? We're trying to warn you that you can get into trouble for soliciting someone else's information... not to mention the possibility of a lawsuit for slander, defamation, etc.

You still haven't answered some very pertinent questions that I asked a week ago.

People throw that term around all the time. Most don't even know what it really means. And as far as posting a full name you can be sued for it. We have no idea unless we wanted to to find out who you are and if your claim is valid. So really posting the name doesn't make the responses any different here because nothing can be done from the response end. So if its money your after its money your going to be out of if you keep posting a persons name everywhere.

Legally, the police are not supposed to get involved because it is a civil matter and out of their jurisdiction. Some do cross that line and get involved in custody cases but they're not supposed to.
