How do I find out the pressure of my control box?

I don't know anything about well systems. How do I know what the pressure settings are for my control box. It has no cover on it and I am clueless. I want to make sure my pressure tanks are set to the right setting for my control box. http://www.vsm-tech.com/1.jpg

Our pump turned on and was building pressure, kicked the breaker, and has not restarted. I first changed the breaker, no luck. Then I changed the pressure switch, same result. I'm wondering how to check the control box before spending money on that.
