I have a well that has a submerisable pump... last night when I got home I had no water... I don't hear the pump at all and its quiet in the pump house. I have a gray box on top of a pipe and I pryed up under the two springs and it just sparks but the pump don't start.. any suggestions to what it could be?

Well, you know you voltage to the pump switch. You don't know however if that is 120 or 240. Almost all well pumps use 240V.
I don't know what you mean by prying up on the springs. I don't know whether you are forcing the points of the switch open or closed. Most likely you just shorted the switch to ground,
You can manually open or close the points with an insulated tool if you are careful.
If the switch has four wires connected to it (two in and two out) it is 240V. If the points of the switch are closed, check the voltage between two wires with a meter. Should be 240V between wires and 120V from each wire to ground.
If you have proper voltage at the switch and the pump is not running, you have a short in the wire going down the well or you have a defective pump.

Okay I'm starting over with a question :) I woke up two days ago to have no water.. I left the faucet on and went out to the pump house, I could not hear the pump at all. I checked the breakers everything was good. Someone told me to pry up on a plate that has two springs on it. When I did that it just clicked with a blue spark coming fro 2 black little what looks like breakers that have two wires each attached with a screw.. the other two wires that are attached to two screws didn't spark.. I'm a female don't know much about wells don't really have the cash for a plumber to come out right now.. could it be my pump?? Weeks before I was getting a lot of surging in my water if that means anything.I know the pump is in the well under water. Any suggestions I can try??
