    Can a great aunt get visitation rights
    My aunt is taking me to court for visitation rights to my daughter does she have rights

    Any question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area. We would need to know that and if your aunt has previously bonded with your daughter. But its unlikely that a court will grant her visitation.

    I was living with my aunt for nearly two years we have had a massive fall out and I won't allow her or husband to see my daughter do they have rights I live in kiama nsw she lives in Forster nsw Australia
