House rental?
I have a house in las Vegas and my renters lease is up July 31 I received a verbal 30 day notice but now the renters want to leave the 14 of July and are asking for a prorate on there rent they already paid for July ?
If I take keys on the 14 do I have to pay rent back to them ? |
