We have a rental house and the people who live their now asked if someone died in the house. The old renter who lived there for 15 yrs did die in the house from heart failure. He was an older man in his late 70S. I don't know how to go about this. The renters wants the spirit to move on. They describe the spirit as a young girl not an older man. The only people who has lived in the house is my family and then the older man and his wife before she passed away in the hospital.

The lady on montel slyvia says to tell them to " go to the light" and to sprinkle holy water I have no clue where to find that. I lived in a house and we put out a bible and crosses, brought in preachers or tried to... lol none would show up, talked to Ghost advisors in N.Y. and stayed in motels on the night they really acted up. And pretty much I just gave up and moved. Just like all the other people had for the previous 20 years.However my friend that owned the house is still there but she says that they only appear everyonce in awhile. She has lived there for over 30 years now! When we were all living there 5 of us women, I think we kept them stirred up, now she is married and it is only her and her husband. The ghost were a man and a woman. OK I'm getting the creeps. They did not follow me thank God! Guess they really were attached to the house. LGood luck
