Swelling with pain on inside of foot
I have a swelling on the inside of my foot,in front and below ankle,very painfull when walking forcing me to walk on outside of foot.possibly caused by slip causing foot to tuck under,not bad at time but got much worse by too much walking too soon.any ideas to improve.
