On my right foot on the inside right under the arch of my foot it gets very swolen and painful. All I used to wear were flip flops so I thought maybe it was my arch falling because of the lack of support in my shoes but than I bought arch supporting incerts for my shoes and started wearing tenis shoes but that only made it worse I figured it was because it was healing and that after while it would go away but it only got worse. So I stopped wearing those shoes and went back to wearing flip flops because it was more comfortable than the other shoes and the swelling went down a little and didn't hurt as bad.. but it still hurts and gets swolen especially when I'm on my feet all day but sometimes even when I'm not doing anything and I'm off my feet all day... I tried alternating Ice and heat but that just hurts it really really bad like I'm in tears when ever I try that.. Its very sensitive to heat and cold... any thought on what it is or what to do to help?
