    Signing over rights
    My sons dad has never seen him he is now 2. He has agreed to sign over all rights. How can we do this and how much will it cost

    There is no benefit to "signing over rights" and, as I'm sure you have read, it cannot be done UNLESS someone is adopting the child.

    What is the exact situation?

    How much? I have no idea what Attormeys across the Country are charging.
