    Adoption
    I have a 7 year old girl in foster care was diagnosed with mental retardation
    I am considering adoption due to unable to support what are my options or any advice??

    Signing over your rights to state may be a option. Where is the other parent ?

    Currently in jail and the child is in care of cps and casa
