Sounds like you should give up on this idiot and look for someone who loves you for who you are.

Perhaps he has said those things in the heat of an argument, but you wouldn't keep repeating it unless you meant it.

I would say move on, he obviously doesn't respect your feelings and if he does he has a very unusual way of showing it. This is not normal guy behaviour that I know of.

Sorry if this isn't what you wanted to hear but I would definetley let this guy go.

Do not take any notice of what he says because he sounds weird, messed up, and seriously immature.
1) No he doesn't care; you shouldn't either.
2) No this is not a normal guy thing.
3) No he doesn't love you.
4) Do not be friends and have completely no contact with him (no text, email, calls, Facebook e.t.c.)
5) Yes, move on!
Make sure you avoid him completely and have no contact with him.
