How to get physical ciustody of my child who's being neglected by her mother.
I am a recently divorced father who has a five year old daughter. My ex wife mother and father both lives with my ex wife. My mother in law has been informing me that my ex wife, is verbally abusive torwards my daughter. She comes home from work yells at her and goes into her room and shuts her door for hours on end, also comes out bathe her. Yells at her to hurry and eat and go to bed so she can leave. This is a daily routine for her unless I have her. When she leaves she doesn't return until 5 or 6 in the morning time. She always late for work, and my her job is in question. I was also told that her new boyfriend is a drug dealer and she has my daughter with him and there's drug in the car. My mother in law also stated that she believes her daughter is on drugs. Because of the all night partying, and her lack of sleep and aggressive nasty behavior. She has forgotten to pick my child up from school on occasion. She speak torward her with profanity and demoralizes her. She sometime has drugs on her I have witnessed and she sell it to her friends on the military base where she works. She also sells it from her house to her friends as well I have also witness. So basically my in laws are raising my daughter when I don't have her. So I take her every chance I get, to get away from that environment. How do I go about getting physical coustody, of my child. We both share joint but she has physical and she's never around. When she is around all she does is neglected her. There afraid to say something because she might take my daugter and run.

You go to court and petition for a modification of the custody order. You have your in-laws as witnesses.
