    I have a horrible off and on pain in my wrist and its more on than off lately.
    The right side of my right wrist has always hurt off and on and now its constant and to the point I can hardly use it. I have no insurance and don't know what to do about it.. It is right were my joint is on the side of my wrist. Some people say it could be carple tunnel but isn't that in the middle of your wrist?

    By any chance is it the wrist that you use your computer mouse with?
    If so, chances are you need to get a wrist brace that will force you to stop turning your wrist out to the side, a very common trait, and one that does often lead to carpal tunnel. Keep looking at your arm and make sure that your forearm from elbow to fingers is straight, even if you have to turn your keyboard at an angle and sit at an angle to your desk.

    I don't use a mouse actually but I was a carpenter for 11 years and if I wasn't cutting with a skill saw or holding a nail gun in all kinds of awkward ways I was swinging a hammer or carrying material. Its been ongoing for years off and on come and go and now it is constant and to the point I can barely usee my right arm.
