    Wrist pain.. help please asap
    I had a job decorating Christmas wreaths and I had to twist the decorations on... When my wrist pops, in my right hand by my thumb by the bone swells like a baseball. I have tried 2 different wrists bands, ice and heat. I have also tried arthritis pain meds and ibriprofen. Does any body else have anything in mind

    Repetitive movements with one hand over long periods can develop carpal tunnel which is a form of nerve damage. Please explore this option with your doctor. As far as anti inflammatories go, you are taking what is readily available over the counfer.
