    How do I sale my home with a survivorship deed in Alabama
    I bought my moms home with a servivership deed. Now I have to sale this home and move mom will come with me I have full power of attorney over my mother. What do I need to do

    Find a realtor to find a buyer. If a buyer offers to buy it, you can sell it.

    The POA should be sufficient authority for you to sign a deed in her behalf; and of course you would sign it in your own behalf as well.
