Deed with rights of survivorship vs Warranty deed
I am enquiring about the course of action that I should follow since a Warranty Deed has been filed on a joint owned property in just one owners name without the other owners knowledge or approval?

You need to provide a LOT more info. Are you an owner? Who gave the deed and who did they transfer to?

We can't tell you your options until you tell us what's going on.
