    Frist violater
    My husband was charged with are vocation of probation but was only serverd after he was already off the judge gave him back the three years he had on probation

    Yes, since he violated it before it was completed, he could not have completed, even if the time ran out it does not matter since the violation happened while he was on probation.

    And that is how the violation works, they can be one day from getting off probation and if they mess up and it is bad enough, they can get the entire time in jail.

    His violation must have been pretty serious
