    This is my frist time
    Am going to court for theft and this is my frist time going and am scared I paid them back the amount that I had to but am I going to have to go to jail or just pay something-please someone help me am so scared

    A little more information would be helpful. What were the circumstances invloved? What did you take or rather what do they allege you stole?
