Can taking a multivitamin decrease the effectiveness of Lutera?
I was recently prescribed Lutera for birth control. I let my gyno know I took a multivitamin daily. I read online that taking a multivitamin (specifically one with vitamin C) can decrease the effectiveness of Lutera, but when I spoke to my pharmacist and a sexual health educator, they both said taking a my multivitamin was fine but I am still worried. I take the vitamin in the AM and Lutera at night.
