    Couple things will help... First spell out the words so we don't have to guess what you are talking about... and second, were exactly is this, the Planet Earth is a really big place and this is an international site..

    You want some people out of your place.

    What kind of place is this. Are you renting it to them?

    Can you move on top of them?

    Again, it depends. If they are renting from you, probably no. But, as Smoothy has asked, it would depend on where on Earth this is.
