    Lease validity
    I have the same tenant for eleven years-the first three were under lease-now it is month to month.Do any of the basic rules of the lease still stand?(45 day notice to vacate,no dogs etc.

    ALL of the basic terms of the last signed lease still stand, except for term and rental.
