    Texas apartment association lease contract validity
    I only initialed first page of (six page) TAA lease contract
    I did not sign the bottom page requiring full signature and date.
    Am I still bound to entire contract or only items contained on first page?

    It depends on some other issues.
    Did you take the keys and take possession of the apartment?
