    How much should my monthly supplys be plus my charge per sqarefoot
    I will be sumiting a bid for a 4star hotel. It has 1,120 rooms, this is in dallas Texas, he expects 40 rooms done a day but he said if 35rooms are done that's a good number, I will hire a 3man crew it could take 8hrs what should I charge ?plus expences if I have to get the supply?&equiptment to still make a profit

    Although you did not say, I assume you will be cleaning and not painting these rooms.

    Questions;

    What is the approximate square footage of each room?

    Will you be cleaning the common areas such as the hallways, snack areas, lobbies?

    Exactly what are you cleaning, obviously is not just maid service since you are only cleaning 40 rooms.
