    Will the Ohio bmv notify the probation officer
    My friend is on probation with Cleveland courts and has a 12 point suspension for driving. He still has to drive to work & got stopped on his way home. Got arrested for DUS in Linndale, went to court paid his $800 in fines and is done with them. But now he has another driving violation which is also a probation violation. So will his po find out, and does the BMV notify his judge since it was another city?

    Damn right... prepare for his probation to end up revoked. Its coming.
