My friend is on probation with Cleveland courts and has a 12 point suspension for driving. He still has to drive to work & got stopped on his way home. Got arrested for DUS in Linndale, went to court paid his $800 in fines and is done with them. But now he has another driving violation which is also a probation violation. So will his po find out, and does the BMV notify his judge since it was another city?
