    I could have depression or bipolar
    I have been told a number of times for various reasons that there is a possibility that I could have depression or bipolar, I have done some online surveys and questionnaires I was then told that my answers mean that I have a high possibility I have either one or both, could you please help me?

    It is important to know how old you are, and who has been telling you that you have a mental illness.

    Researching symptoms does not a diagnosis make.

    Only a qualified professional can determine any diagnosis, and only a qualified professional (Psychiatrist) can give you a prescription for any medications that he/she thinks you may need. In addition, there will be close follow up and assessments done.

    It is never a good idea to diagnose yourself.
