    help me solve chemistry problems
    A gas sample from another well was found upon to have the molecular formula C3H6.

    calculate the volume of carbon dioxide at ,rtp, that will be produced when 0.42 g of this gas is completely burnt in oxygen. Write an equation for this reaction.
    (1 mol of a gas at rtp = 24dm3)

    (1 mol of a gas at rtp = 24dm3)
    2C3H6 + 9O2 --> 6CO2 + 6 H2O

    0.42g/42g/mol = 0.01mol=0.24dm3

    volume of CO2= 3 * m(C3H6) = 0.72dm3
