I think you both have some communication issues. The best thing in a relationship is by talking! How will you both know how you feel if you don't communicate? Clearly your feeling lonely and you feel the need to talk to someone else when the person to talk to is your husband. I will give you a suggestion, instead of saying "you have done this, your like that' etc that makes him feel attacked start by saying "this is how I feel, I feel hurt by... " etc this doesn't make him feel that your attacking him and your focussing on your feelings instead. Maybe seeing a councillor will help. I will give you my last suggestion as I beleive this will help you as it helped mine. Please watch the documentary called "the secret" this will help you and your husband view life in a new way as this saved my relationship. Its 1 hour of your life that may save your marriage.
