    Renting from someone
    Can the landlord put us out if we shortpay him R800 from the amount of R4000 because my husband was retrenshed and he did get a knew job wich did let the landlord know and we did promise to pay it as soon as my husband gets his salary from the knew work .

    ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

    However, generally, if the rent is not paid in full on time, then the landlord can start the eviction process.
