Low water level in toilet bowl
Two years ago I bought my home and the water level in my toilet bowls in both bathrooms was about half full. Now the water level in both bowls is extremely low and the fill time is nearly cut in half. I replaced the flappers in both toilets last year because one of the toilets would suddenly make a funny filling noise during the night and wake everyone up, and the new flappers took care of the noise. But now the water level is very, very low, and it hardly takes any time at all to fill up the tank than it used to take. What's my solution to getting the water levels back up to half full again in the bowls?
    Thanks so much.

There's a small tube that runs from your ballcock to the white overflow tube, check to see,
    1. If it's connected
    2. If water's coming out of the small tube while the tank's filling.
If no water comes out then tell me about it. Good luck, Tom
