    Texas statue of limitations for theft under $1000
    Ex boyfriend left his things 2 years ao. I boxed it up for. He never got it. Now threatening me with theft.

    First it is not even theft, You can not steal things in your own home.

    He can perhaps sue you for the value, but after two years, unless when he left you refused him to get it, he does not have a strong case.
