    Older panasonic TV will not power up
    Older panasonic TV worked fine last night, now this morning it will not power up

    If the fuse isn't blown... you have to call someone to fix it or throw it out and buy a new one. Unless you are willing to go to school to learn how to fix them and spend thousands on test equipment.
