    How old can a mobile home be to move it in New York state
    I have a 1979 single wide mobil home and I live New York state can I move it if I am buying land

    To find the age, you will look for and find the serial number and contact the manufactor. Also many times the plate with the serial number tells the manufacture date.

    Also of course how do you own it, if the title was not transferred to you ? They are like cars, you have to transfer the title for ownership
