My Husband and I are Currently Going to Court over a DV
Got a question. My husband and I are currently separated because back on March 12,2012 he assaulted me which caused him to be charged with a DV. He keeps continuing his case with me because he is trying to become an LPN. He is about to take is Nursing Board Test and I was wondering if they would actually consider giving him an opportunity to take that test if he as a Domestic Violence charge pending with me plus other charges of DV against previous wives? Please shed some light on my situation.

He can get licensed with it as long as it is not convicted, once convicted he will most likely have to face a review board and lose his license. Once convicted just be sure it is reported to the license board.
