1st offense for 15 yr old for theft by unlawful taking & item was returned
My son is 15 yrs. Old, he made a big mistake & stole something from a neighbor, we were given the chance to get the item back & no charges, We did everything that we were asked to do & even apologized. Now I have a complaint to go in front of a designated worker to plead my case. What can happen to my son?

Most likely probation. Who gave you the chance to have no charges if you replaced the item?
