    When should I see a doctor about extreme low back pain?
    Pain w/ numbness in low back & genital area.Pee pee problems,spasms in low front,Period is 3 weeks late.Help

    Given your description of symptoms, I would say you should see a doctor immediately. Sounds like extreme kidney problems.
