I was at a company for 9 years and left that job and went ot another job as a contractor for myself with no benefits, I was vested into the company after 5 or 6 years. I have not touched my 401k since I left the company. I did have a small loan in which I defaulted on. I need to ask if the company is still investing in the money after I have dleft and how do I get my money

Contact the HR department at your old employer and ask about your old account. Or if you know who the 401(k) plan administrator is (typcially a bank, insurance company, or investment house such as Fidelity) contact them. If you have any of the old quarterly statements their contact info should be provided.
