I have a baby on the way, I'm not married but the baby's dad lives with me and gets things for him... I was woundering if I put my name in commas first and the baby's dads name on the birth card last is he still going to be a jr? Also does this mean we have equal rights?. srry to ask so many questions but if I were to just put the baby's dads last name does that mean I have no rights? And id I were to go to court someday I wnt have no say and he will go to his dads side of the family? And one last question if I were to put both on can I get mine removed when I'm married?

What names you put on the birth certificate has little affect on what rights a parent has. What matters is paternity. How a birth certificate is filled out varies by area (ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.) You might want to talk to the hospital about the process.

You, of course, will be the mother. If you are not married, he will likely have to sign an acknowledgment of paternity to get equal rights as the father. It may be that he is required to go to court to establish his rights.

Essentially, the mother and father start with joint legal rights to a child. If they live together they have shared physical custody. Also generally to take a child from its mother requires the mother be proven unfit. However, if you split at some point he may get 50/50 legal and physical custody.

As for the Junior, a junior is someone with the same name as the father.

have a baby on the way, im not married but the babys dad lives with me and gets things for if i put my name in commas first and the babys dads name on the birth card last is he still going to be a jr? - commas don't mean anything. What you name him is his name, and you can call him Jr. on the certificate if you want, or just informally.
does this mean we have equal rights? - equal rights about what? Custody and support are determined by DNA if there is a dispute and by court
if i were to just put the babys dads last name does tht mean i have no rights? - that again needs lots of clarification.
id i were to go to court someday i wnt have no say and he will go to his dads side of the family? - that would have nothing to do with what is on the birth certificate.
if i were to put both on can i get mine removed when im married? - No. You don't make changes to birth certificates.
