    How can I make my ex girlfriend take a paternity test
    My ex girlfriend got pregnant and her and I got in a fight and now that we are split up she is using my son to punish me by saying she dose not know who the father is I have never got to see my son just pictures I know he is mine I need help.

    You file for visitation and ask for a DNA test for Paternity, though the court. If the child is found to be yours you will be able to get court ordered visits and be assigned child support to pay.
