    Marring someone just to get a business loan
    What is the law about if someone from Canada doing an arranged married to someone in anothet country just she she can say she is married so she can get a business loan... is that not fauld...

    Sounds like its fraud to me... but then I'm not Canadian... they do things a little different north of the border.

    I believe that could be fraud but I'm not familiar with current laws regarding marriage between citizens of different countries. If there is a shadow of a doubt, a quick investigation would reveal the truth and both parties could have serious consequences to deal with.

    Adding my $.02 here but its morally wrong if nothing else.

    And who is getting the loan ? And I have a feeling that it is fraud in more ways than one, since I have never heard of having to be married for a business loan in Canada
