I have a york stellar plus The blower motor won't come on by itself
I have a york stellar plus approx 14 yrs old. The blower motor won't come on by itself. It is receiving power and when manually rotated it starts right up. Is this a capacitor issue?

More than likely it is a capacitor issue. Change it out with a new one with the same value's and see how that works for you.
