    Back ground check
    I just got out of college and I'm waiting for employement calls. But I got charged in a federal case a few months before that.In CANADA! Will that show up on an employers background check if I'm still waiting for trial

    What country are you in ?

    Normally no, charges do not show up in most back ground searches, only convictions.

    BUT, there are many many types of background searches from hiring a PI to a background company to just using government criminal searches.
