    No dates for 5 years
    Im a 36 year old male and have not had sex in 10 years. I have not had a date in 5 year. After I broke up with my sons mother I've been afraid,scared,and lost all confidence. Ive gained weight and listless. It truly disgusts me and angry to see others happy. My beautiful son lives with me and is the only light that keeps me from falling into the complete abyss of lonliness. What is wrong with me?

    Your caught in the past my friend. Let go, do something crazy, something you don't normally do or something that she would have never let you do. Find something that makes you tick, makes you happy and stick with it! It's not too late, and you're not the only one going through this! It's hard to let go, but once you do you'll never regret it. The past is a one way ride to unhappiness, live for today. Believe in yourself.
