I am new to this and have a lot of questions I'm hoping someone will be able to help me so here's a bit of MY STORY!

I got pregnant with what would have been my first child in January. This was truly an accident turn miracle turn nightmare.
I was going in for my 12week scan so excited wondering how much baby had growen what it looks like and so on! About lunch time I went toilet and noticed I had started to bleed just spotting at first I tried to stay positive and called my partner immediately he talked to me calmed me down and rushed home to take me to the hospital and the words every expectant mother fears to hear "BABY HAS NO HEARTBEAT" our little KAOS was no more! :( Both me and my partner were crushed!

After my D/C I felt shutdown and distant from everyone and everything ashamed almost and questioned everyone on WHY?
IS IT THAT NORMAL?
I still had the bad cramps though BUT only bleed for about a week (7days) Heavy at first but then lighter and lighter. I couldn't focus on what my doctor was saying for obvious reasons so I don't even know if that was normal.

One month later and I am slowly getting back to my usual self, I still often think about it and can't talk about it yet without getting all upset and teary eyed.
However since then I have not had my period I have some period/pregnant like symptoms i.e. Smells, Tiredness, Headaches, Cramps, Bloating etc
But in saying that there are symptoms I had before that I haven't felt at all.
IS IT POSSIBLE I COULD BE PREGNANT AGAIN OR IS THIS NORMAL?
ALSO WHEN WE ARE INTIMATE IT HURTS! NORMAL OR NOT?

I am wanting to go to the doctors but still felling a little embarrassed of the situation YES I know I shouldn't but I can't help the way I feel. I can't take a pregnancy test either fearing the NEGATIVE or FALSE POSITIVE result!
IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY TO FIND OUT IF YOUR PREGNANT?
Can anyone give some advice please?
