    Answers anyone?
Lets say there is someone that likes to lie about bad things that happen to them... like they lie about being sick or getting beat up... because the attention they get makes them feel good.
Does anyone know if that is a disorder and if is what the name of it is??
If you do please let me know it would really help...

    Depending on specifics (or extent)

Attention seeker, drama queen, compulsive or habitual liar, pathological liar,

Often people with bi polar or ADHD have this problem.

I also know many people who are so much in denial at things they do I would swear they have dissociative identity disorder.

This is a sympathy and attention gathering disorder. It's not a Munchausen by Proxy disorder but the goals are very similar.
