My boyfriend has a midlife crisis?
My boyfriend has a midlife crisis?

2 months ago I moved to the apartment of my boyfriend (42) from that time he told me, he is not happy with the situation, that he is confused, having mid-life crisis, anxiety.
Sometimes it seems, he wants to ask me to move out, but says if he does maybe he should repent and ask me to come back. He says he loves me, I also love him.
Our relationship has been for 8 years, (I'm 50) I said to him, if I move out, our relationship is over.
    What can I do??

He may have to have more time for adjustments to be made, as living together doesn't even compare to dating. Not even close. Its like starting all over, without the lust to fuel the excitement. You actually have to pay closer attention now, and learn what you never knew before. Even how to communicate, and not be so distracted by how he expresses himself. Just stay alert and pay attention as he gets a grip on the new reality.

To early to tell, unless there are other things going on in your lives. I don't buy the mid life crisis thing though, but I do think you listen carefully to what you guys are doing after being a couple for 8 years and now living together.

If you could please say what prompted this decision to live together, I might have more insights into the last 8 years which is a LONG time just to date.
